CHI-CHING CHANG

I am an artist from Taiwan. When I was in college, the department I studied was Culture Creative Design, but when I was in the fourth grade, I realized that I prefer to create works and really touched my works, so I decided to go abroad to study at Fine Arts. Now, I am studying fine art at the Chelsea College of Art University in the United Kingdom.
I like animals very much, and I also pay attention to issues related to animals or the environment, so I naturally connect the work with the biological environment after I start creating. I hope that I can use my work to infect the audience and make them aware of the changes in the environment. In my previous works, most of them are based on animals or the environment.
When I came to the UK, I wanted to change the subject. I just encountered some psychological changes at that time, so I decided to start exploring my emotions. In addition to the theme, I also wanted to change my creative media. My previous work was considered sculpture. I tried to combine painting in my work when I stay in the UK .
Because the changing of my subject, I step on a journey of exploring my soul. I hope to share another world to people through my works. I also want to tell people that everyone might go through the process I have gone.
